We suggest bringing some (just in case!) if you are going to have a fire. If there's any there, you are welcome to use it. ✦ Partying, smoking, and any violation of the house rules will result in a $1,000 charge ✦ We always suggest getting travel insurance for those "life happens" moments ✦ The house has huge windows so cooling the home can be difficult ✦ You may encounter wildlife such as deer and even bears. Please remove all food from your vehicles, close and latch outdoor trash bins, and keep an eye on any pets you may have with you.

PERSONAL AMENITIES: We provide a starter kit: towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. ENTRY: A keypad is located around the back of the house on the French doors. A personalized entry code will be provided to you prior to your stay. OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor space includes 2 hot tubs, 2 fire pits, BBQ, ample dining tables and chairs, a hammock, outdoor games, and more! PARKING: There is ample parking around the back of the house as well as in front of the house. THE DRIVE: During the winter months we can experience some snow as we are at 3,800 ft in elevation. We recommend either a 4x4 vehicle or chains. INTERNET: We have a whole house mesh system that should allow you to access the internet from anywhere inside the home. BEDROOMS: ✦ Bedroom 1: First floor - 2 Queen bunk beds (4 total beds) ✦ Bedroom 2: First floor - King bed and a daybed that converts into 2 separate twin beds ✦ Bedroom 3: First floor - 2 Queen beds ✦ Bedroom 4: Second floor - King bed with attached bathroom ✦ Bedroom 5: Second floor - King bed BATHROOMS: ✦ Bathroom 1: Second floor- Dual sink vanity with soaker tub and spacious full body shower in Bedroom 4 ✦ Bathroom 2: First floor - Dual sink vanity and stand up shower ✦ Bathroom 3: First floor - Single sink vanity and stand up shower KITCHEN: Fully equipped with appliances: refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, crockpot and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB: To maintain a clean and pleasant spa environment it is very important to please shower BEFORE using the spa, or, trust us... it will get funky! The spa has a hard time breaking down lotions, oils, perfumes, etc. Additionally, please help us keep the spas tidy by disposing of trash properly. Please note that an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness.

This beautiful cabin sits on 9 acres and backs up to national forest land. All other homes in the neighborhood are each on their own large land parcels giving you plenty of privacy and space.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to all 8 acres and the entire home. No access is granted to the garage. The property also allows guests direct access to 300,000+ acres of national forest land for hiking and exploring!

The home has plenty of parking and can easily accommodate 10+ cars if need be (with a bit of tandem parking). The roads are all fully paved to the home as well. We recommend 4x4 or chains during the winter months as we occasionally get snow.
