We suggest bringing some (just in case!) if you are going to have a fire. If there's any there, you are welcome to use it. ✦ Partying, smoking, and any violation of the house rules will result in a $1,000 charge ✦ We always suggest getting travel insurance for those "life happens" moments ✦ Any stay longer than 30 days will require signing a lease agreement ✦ You may encounter wildlife such as deer and even bears. Please remove all food from your vehicles, close and latch outdoor trash bins, and keep an eye on any pets you may have with you.

PERSONAL AMENITIES: We provide a starter kit: towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. ENTRY: A keypad is located on the front door. A personalized entry code will be provided to you prior to your stay. OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor space includes a hot tub, a propane fire pit, BBQ, ample dining tables and chairs, and more! PARKING: There is parking for 4 cars in the gravel next to house, please back into your parking spot. THE DRIVE: You will come through a gate with a code and follow a paved/gravel road until reaching the home. INTERNET: The internet works anywhere inside the home and works well on the deck as well! BEDROOMS: ✦ Bedroom 1: Primary bedroom with 1 king bed and ensuite bathroom ✦ Bedroom 2: King bed ✦ Bedroom 3: King bed ✦ Bonus Room/Common Space: Full bunk beds (2 beds) and twin bunk beds (2 beds) for a total of 4 beds BATHROOMS: ✦ Bathroom 1: Located in primary bedroom and has dual vanities, shower, and tub ✦ Bathroom 2: Full bathroom in hallway with standup shower/tub combo, and single sink vanity ✦ Bathroom 3: half bath off of entryway KITCHEN: Fully equipped with appliances: refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, kettle, crockpot and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB: To maintain a clean and pleasant spa environment it is very important to please shower BEFORE using the spa, or, trust us... it will get funky! The spa has a hard time breaking down lotions, oils, perfumes, etc. Additionally, please help us keep the spas tidy by disposing of trash properly. Please note that an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. RENTAL AGREEMENT: ✦This property requires a rental agreement to be signed prior to your stay.
