The home was just purchased and this project is waiting until spring ✦ Most of the appliances, kitchen, and the bathrooms are original to the home ✦ We suggest bringing a 4x4 or chains in the winter (October-May) ✦ Partying, smoking, and any violation of the house rules will result in a $1,000 charge ✦ We don't have any Christmas Decorations put up ✦ We always suggest getting travel insurance for those "life happens" moments ✦ You may encounter wildlife such as deer and even bears. Please remove all food from your vehicles as well as close and latch outdoor trash bins. ✦ DPA (Dollar Point Association) facilities are accessible only by members, defined member family and escorted guests. Short Term Renters of DPA member homes are not allowed access to DPA facilities. ✦Just a quick note: the electric bikes and golf cart aren’t available for use, but you’re welcome to enjoy the other bikes during your stay. PERSONAL AMENITIES: We provide a starter kit: towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. ENTRY: A smart lock is on the door and you will be provided an entry code prior to your arrival. OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor space includes a hot tub and 2 decks. The hot tub is accessible by walking around the house and is located under the back deck. PARKING: There is parking available in the front of the house. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is 4 and street parking is prohibited for short term rental guests per county guidelines. THE DRIVE: During the winter months we experience snow. We recommend either a 4x4 vehicle or chains. INTERNET: There is wifi available throughout the home. BEDROOMS: ✦ Bedroom 1: King bed with attached bathroom ✦ Bedroom 2: Twin bunk and twin trundle ✦ Bedroom 3: King bed ✦ Bedroom 4: Queen bed BATHROOMS: ✦ Bathroom 1: Dual vanity bathroom with shower and tub ✦ Bathroom 2: Single vanity with shower tub combo ✦ Bathroom 3: Single vanity with shower tub combo KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, crockpot and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB: To maintain a clean and pleasant spa environment it is very important to please shower BEFORE using the spa, or, trust us... it will get funky! The spa has a hard time breaking down lotions, oils, perfumes, etc. Additionally, please help us keep the spas tidy by disposing of trash properly.
