Climate Control ✦ The home is equipped with a whole-home evaporative cooler (swamp cooler) and fans throughout the property. Please note that the home does not have central air conditioning. Winter Travel ✦ During the winter months, weather conditions can change quickly. We recommend carrying tire chains and/or driving a 4WD vehicle when snow or icy conditions are possible. Wildlife & Nature ✦ Bootjack Hideaway is located on 15 private acres in the Sierra foothills, where wildlife sightings are common. Please keep food secured and enjoy the natural surroundings responsibly. Hot Tub ✦ The hot tub is available year-round for guest enjoyment. ✦ To help maintain a clean and enjoyable spa experience, please shower before entering the hot tub.
