We suggest bringing some (just in case!) if you are going to have a fire. If there's any there, you are welcome to use it. ✦ Partying, smoking, and any violation of the house rules will result in a $1,000 charge ✦ We always suggest getting travel insurance for those "life happens" moments ✦ Any stay longer than 30 days will require signing a lease agreement ✦ You may encounter wildlife such as deer and even bears. PERSONAL AMENITIES: We provide a starter kit: towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. ENTRY: A lock box is located at the front of the house on the door located next to the garage. OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor space includes a hot tub and a fenced in “dog run.” PARKING: There is parking available in the front of the house. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is 7 and street parking is prohibited for short term rental guests per county guidelines. THE DRIVE: During the winter months we experience snow. We recommend either a 4x4 vehicle or chains. INTERNET: There is wifi available throughout the home.
