Please keep them closed whenever possible. ✦ We stock firewood periodically. We suggest bringing some (just in case!) if you are going to have a fire. If there's any there, you are welcome to use it. ✦ Partying, smoking, and any violation of the house rules will result in a $1,000 charge ✦ We always suggest getting travel insurance for those "life happens" moments

OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor area features a hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, plenty of space with dining tables and chairs, and much more! PARKING: There is plenty of parking available around the house. THE DRIVE: The property is located in mountains, where snow, ice, and wet conditions are common during the winter. We recommend either a 4x4 vehicle or chains. INTERNET: The entire home is equipped with Wi-Fi, ensuring you stay connected throughout your stay.
