The house is super spacious beautiful and clean with plenty of amentities to make me feel at home. The host is super attentive and was able to answer my questions quickly no matter what time I messaged and was always willing to recommend activities and places to do during my stay.

Had a great stay. Had everything we needed. Appreciated the communication, clean place and plenty of towels, pillows and blankets 🤗. Beds were so comfy as well the couch, perfect for lounging after a long day.

We were 2 families(9 guests including kids) we really enjoyed the time we spent in Nicole & Cam’s Airbnb. The place just beautiful for relaxing, we enjoy walking around and biking, the BBQ place is just amazing to use. The location is very helpful close to Lake Tahoe city 9min drive . Easy communication with Nicole & Cam, responding to questions in short time. I really recommend this Airbnb for us sure we will go back.

We were thrilled with our stay. The home was lovely and comfortable with everything we needed. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and two teens. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants. The Yosemite entrance is about 30 minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again! The hosts were excellent and very responsive.

This was the perfect Airbnb for our Fourth of July weekend! The highlight was definitely the patio deck which had a grill and hot tub overlooking a beautiful view. The kitchen, living room, and dining room were extremely spacious for cooking, playing board games, and lounging around. The location was great to swim by the river, go white water rafting, and was still close proximity to town. The hosts were also extremely responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this Airbnb!

Host was very responsive while we were communicating. The house itself is very nice with an open concept. Patio is great. Everything works very well! House is up on a hill and feels nice and secluded. Great place to get away and relax.

There are nothing but great things to say about this house! Perfect for our group of 20 for a holiday weekend and even with a 6 month old. Would definitely stay again!

The property itself was better than I had imagined! Besides its stunning interior and multiple onsite activities, my family of 19 deeply enjoyed their time here. The space provided so much comfort and warmth, there was truly everything we needed and did not have to worry about a thing. The location was perfect if you are interested in spending time at Bass Lake or Yosemite National Park. Nicole and Cam were amazing hosts, from their friendliness and consideration to being super helpful and responsive to any questions/concerns I had. This experience was seamless and I can’t thank them enough for being such great hosts. I would love to come back and create more unforgettable memories here!

Nicole and Cam's Cottage stay was the perfect home base for me and the girls for our Yosemite vacation. Being in such a remote area, I was worried about communication and accessibility to our Hosts, but Cam and Nicole were very helpful and always responsive. We had a mishap with our bathroom and they were quick to get us all the help we needed, fixing the problem and then some. So helpful, so friendly and just all around great hosts!

We enjoyed our stay, the location was great and close to Bass Lake and Yosemite(the entrance). The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable for 8 people. The hosts were quick to answer questions and concerns we had.
